My name is Leah Kurtz.  I am a Technology Training/Integration Specialist for a county just north of Atlanta, Georgia.  I have been an educator for eleven years now, having spent the first nine years of my career as a high school Social Studies teacher.  I have taught a wide range of Social Studies courses, including inclusion classrooms, Advanced Placement, and small group ESOL classes.  Throughout my years in the classroom, I found technology to be a great way to connect my content with what students already loved!  To me, technology should not be a special occasion; rather, technology is at its best in a class when it is a seamless part of the everyday interactions.
